A: The company cuts off orders at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily. Customers typically receive their products within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

A: We have a satisfaction guarantee policy.

• In case of change of mind/incorrect fit: You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it (the product must be in perfect condition, unused).
• In case of defective product: Guaranteed within 14 days, and the company will be responsible for shipping costs to replace with a new product.
